  • Honey

  • Flour
  • Napkins
  • Gauze
  • Adhesive tape

Start by mixing the flour and honey, then add the olive oil while stirring. Add the ginger in the end and mix well until you get a homogenous mass. Put the mixture on a napkin, then wrap it nicely with some gauze. Put the wrap on your or your child’s chest, then secure with the tape.

If you’re an adult, you can keep the wrap on overnight. If you’re using it on your child, leave it to work for only a few hours. The wrap will make you sweat excessively, so make sure to have a pair of dry pajamas at hand. In the morning, remove the wrap and take a shower and you should be feeling much better already.
